In Part 2 of the PSLE English oral (25 marks), you look at one photograph and then have a conversation with the examiners on a topic based on it. The photo is a starting point. SEAB assesses how clearly you express your own opinions, ideas and experiences to engage the listener, and how fluently and accurately you speak (syllabus 0001). The conversation is about the topic and your views; SEAB's objectives don't mention describing the photo.
